  • Hey Kevin... I'm a huge fan and been following you since I started training. I was wondering- if you don't mind- I have been looking for a support belt similar to the one you used in this vid. Where can I get my hands on a belt like that? I live all the way up in BC Canada and most places don't have that type of belt available.. Lovin the vids, always tuning in to see wats new, keep em coming :)

  • Been following u for a while now Kevin, and i looked back at some of ur older videos, In one of them u were doing tri push downs and u did something like 20 reps... and that was in the "bulking" transformation, could u explain why such high reps.     I found that wearing a fleece while doing my working sets on the bench press helps to alleviate shoulder pain. It keeps everything nice and warm.

  • Dude! First off, I see Kevin all around Maryland pretty regularly and I speak and keep it moving. Secondly, I'm pretty accomplished as a bodybuilder myself and am a frequent target for being harrassed and bothered while trying to train, ask around, lol. So, me asking him a random question wasn't intended for me to show up and harrass him, relax. Stop assuming and unless you speak for him, don't answer questions of mine for him on his behalf, thanks!

  • Great video Kevin. Sheesh you're progressing fast man. I can't wait till I'm pressing over 300. I tried to lift 205 Incline bench and couldn't get it off the bar. I probably could have done just 1 or 2 reps if I wasn't so burnt out by the prior sets though.
