I was in this on and off relationship with my ex from November of 2009-March 2011 i finally had enough and walked out of it saying i would never regret telling her to screw off after we had another fight and she picked another guy. When i first heard this song after getting back into Kiss it reminded me of our relationship it was really like this song we never knew how to end it and yet we still really loved each other. God i still miss her :'(

I used to absolutely hate this song. That was until I saw the live Symophony and Unmasked Tour Sydney show versions, and the rest of Unmasked. I like the first 4 tracks, and Tomorrow was okay, but the rest was crap. I now enjoy this song!

I'm glad your dad named you after this song not only because it's one of my all time favourite Kiss ballads but also because Shandi is a beautiful name in general. There is a girl I know whose name is Michande (Pronounced "Mishand") and she goes by Shandi for short but she really hates this song. I can't figure out why because I think it's a very beautiful song. Therefore I think you were incredibly lucky to be named after it!
