Some Japanese are saying this was an attack on them by HAARP/Nuclear Underwater Explosion. On the end of the video , you can hear interference...like radio-waves. I had lived in Japan before...it is a huge quake, never seen before. He gets angry and loud and passionate, and although that is a sign of severe distress, it is better in the long run for people to vent like this rather than trying to keep composure.
