My friends and I were heckling the crap out of Benoit in a smallish show in Dublin when he was a face and he got on the top rope on each corner to hold the belt up to everyone in the crowd. And when he turned towards us we were flipping him off so he held the belt down for a second and gave us a dark stare momentarily. If I knew then what I know now I would have pissed my pants but at the time I thought it was great!

I started watching this guy wrestle when I was 8 and watched him pretty much til he died. He always stood out in wcw with his quickness and technical skills. I always loved the flying headbunt and crossface. RIP benoit.
