I've set it up before, where all you can see is outside. But I really wanted to see what I'm doing as well. Also I usually run it with the roof off, so you can see more of what's going on outside.
If I keep the roof on next time, I'll a different angle.

The narrow strip of viewable area in your vid renders it less than optimal. Consider mounting your camera on your hood or roof.
