The 1st trumpet player has a great tone and the rest of his section blends so well with him. Same thing with the bones, great bite on the fanfare sections. Overall I give the band props for blending as an ensemble. The ending seems like it could have been more dramatic, but that's probably an opinion.
Good performance, some out of tune-ness throughout the ensemble. Intonation alltogether sounds rather run together. Staccatos need to be more separated. Tone is okay, and my final remark regards the balance of the band, It sounds very top heavy. Let up a little on the flutes and 1st clarinets, More tuba! All around good performance, however.
