Best phone i have used sound wise both via music and video play due to the i8910's Digital Natural Sound Engine and dolby 5.1.. take any new hand set 2 years on and you won't find one with the same sound quality as the i9810. they all have a standard sound, weak speakers, and no punch. for this reason i've not upgraded from my i8910 since then...

the only problem it had at the start with the sound was when video recording which has been sorted via firmware updates..

Video's Audio quality is just another failure. Unless you wanna bring another mic with you for live recording.
