The same day!! Yes, YOU were taped and didn't even know it!! :-D This is right after you left Stamford, you pass our yard and facility about 1/2 mile east of the station.
Hey hey hey lol.....I have forgotten the heads on the rear of a train, mainly after backing a train out of NH Yard into the station, and one time at Brewster (NY, Harlem Line)
Glad I am not the only one who noticed that!! Then again, on a few occassions when backing a train out of New Haven Yard into the station at NH, I have inadvertently left the headlights on, and have been tipped by westward trains that I left them on. It happens!! :-D
Sooooooooooooooooo not true, man!! The job responsibility and duties are the same, as are many rules, regulations to be abided by, and things like territory physical characteristics and such.
Well I didn't know. I don't work for the railroad yet. I just figured because Amtrak was bigger that there would be more responsibilities, but I guess not.
I often laugh at how much I forget, simple things like that!! What sucks is when you get that tingly feeling that you are forgetting something, but can't put your finger on what it is (i.e. checking if I have enough ticket stock on my person, did I leave my radio in the cab, or my punch and such!!)....guess I am getting old!! LMAO :-D But yes, the duties are the same.....just we here at MNR make juuuuuuuuuuuuuuust a lil' bit mo'!! ;-)
I can't really agree with the fact that age is the sole cause of that, because I'm only 16, and I've forgotten stuff that was so obvious. I think it just happens under preasure. When there are so many things to remember.
i see these all the time. acela in stamford. what's new?

It sounds like there are a lot of things to remember. I can see how it's easy to forget. I bet there's more to remember on Amtrak than on MNRR.
