Even though Barry left after Andy and Colin said his songs weren't up to XTC standards, they still appreciated one another. Despite Democrat vs. Republican arguments in the US, MOST people are able to rise above such utter BS.

yeah,i can,t find it here,but another band has covered it,it,s about a minute plus only.i got it on vinyl from australia,as a b-side.-quirky,but catchy,also,i had barry,s early stuff-rossmere road,sargasso bar mousetrap,,etc

They just did a album together under the name 'Monstrance'

I have Monstrance, and there is NO way I can classify THAT album is to compare it to Barry's side project from a few years back called "Stic Basin", which I liked/like a lot. Monstrance is something I am glad I have simply to say that I have it, but I NEVER listen to it. Its not something to just sit and enjoy. Its almost frightening, especially if I am alone he he. Check out the newest Shriekback album "Cormorant"....it is VERY nice.

I love Barry and Andy but yeah "Monstrance" was just a jam they recorded..sort of sounds like King Crimson jamming with no payoff really. Can't get into it at all.
