i read somewhere that you don't need to use a lot of water/broth when it comes to tagine cooking... but i'm still confused on how much you need. do you at least need to fully cover the meat you're cooking? or will the circulating steam do the cooking? everytime i've tried cooking a tagine, i always end up with too much liquid in the end. any advice, uncle majid?

@tunisified Shouldn’t put any water or broth in the recipe as shown in the video.
Most of the broth you end up with should be from the ingredients due to the circulating steam in the tagine.
