Could anybody from Tehran explain what is going on here? Very strange to see these things in the middle of 'normal' traffic. What did the filmer say? Subtitles would be great too..

The basij or police were coming, ans the guy was basically saying "get it get it...he's hitting the girl" (get it with the camera that is... and "you not Iranian" to the basij and some other stuff but mu volume sucks so i can't here it very well...
