  • it is really fun when mini mario starts running XD 0:16

  • good job

  • That balls are hurting Mario? :S

  • I can't seem to get to the castle in this ice world 3. i've done all the levels. any advice anyone?

  • @anglo2255 There is a switch somewhere in World 3 that activates these red blocks. Once you do, one of the other stages will open up an alternate exit. When you get through this exit, you can access the path to the castle.

  • 0:52 did you know that when your mini you can fall in there?

  • Oh a tip: PLZ USE HTML5 MODE because it doesnt cut the top or bottom of the video!

  • @andrezlatin What in the world is HTML5 Mode? If you didn't know, by the way, I was playing this on the Wii.

  • lol, how did you get that much bounce at 4:30

  • min 4:52 NOOOO'''''''

  • im madd the ball at 4:38 didnt hit bowers friend

  • why is there balls????

  • So you know, you spelled "things" wrong in the first paragraph of the description.

  • @Randomest672 Thank you. I'll go fix that.

  • 貪食蛇

  • wtf, are this dragon balls? xD

  • ive beaten the final castel with normal size mario lol but this is pretty impressive also

  • that key is bigger than his head. XD

    lol

  • I just realized you can look at Iggy's head to judge about where you are, give or take.

  • i think that you can reach lemmy by jumpping to the "edge" of his giant ball...

remember doing so on my past playtrough

  • the checkpoint will not make you big it will give you 2000 points

  • I know the properties of the midpoint flag. I do this so if Mario dies, he starts from the beginning instead of halfway.

  • cane ur pic i thought u were a f@g with that profile pic

  • ...The hell?

  • So is mini mario best to use to beat this boss?

  • No, Mini Mario is very ineffective against most bosses.

  • Hey, Mini Mario doesn't activate the donut blocks!

Oh, I noticed something on my own a while back. You can beat an already completed fortress to be able to save again on the spot. Useful, eh?

Oh, a quick question: Are you ever able to reuse the toad item houses? It'd be a shame if you couldn't.

  • I learned about that playing through the game and used 1-Tower for that reason.

The Toad Houses return after you beat the game. After you get 5 stars on your game save, they don't go away.

  • same as on the DS

  • @Overhazard Hell yes on that last part lol.

  • i don't know if the siblings are or aren't concerned, but their normal plan is that each Koopaling takes control of and protects one area of the kingdom. That way, they can take control over a wider area than they could if they teamed up.

  • Heh, the strategy clearly isn't working for them.

  • @Octogeddon I just did this battle now, it's exceptionally easy. And you are right, the only way to die is hit him head on or fall off. I didn't even get hit once. You can usually hit him slightly before or as he is refilling his ball after the shell sliding.

  • Do Lemmy's balls *giggle* hurt you if you hit them side on? Unlike the balls on the moving block snake thing. I'm stuck on this castle and seeing you do it I'm gonna have another go. xD

  • Gosh, that must be extremely frustrating without checkpoints/midway flags.

  • That's funny, my cousins and I just finished playing World 3 today. Multiplayer is so frustrating though...

  • For some reason, all your Mini Mario antics in this stage come off as really cute. I've been reading too much manga perhaps...

  • So these moving platforms return again, eh? Just to let you know, the moving block platforms appear in World 5 and 7's castle.

Nintendo really did put a lot of effort in making this game. All the familiar mechanics I know when I played the old Mario games are coming back to me when I see the NSMB Wii videos.

  • Thanks. I knew it appeared one other time, but I forgot where. I thought it was World 1, but I didnt think so.

  • I noticed that Lemmy seems to be the only Koopaling to repeat the magic used at the beginning of the battle, by making his ball bigger after two hits. Did i just miss something in the other fights or am i onto something here?

  • No, this is the first time in the game that you see the same trick used for both fights. You'll see it again later.

  • Even if Lemmy doesn't care whether Mario or Bowser wins, he still shouts " NOOOOO! " When Mario hit's him the 3rd time. I just finished World 4 Fortress, and it was pretty easy. I can't find the 2nd star coin though, and I weirdly enough got that hard 3rd star coin in my first try. .. Oh well, good video. And (not to sound like you made a mistake, as I have done a lot of times in other videos) isn't it called Ground-Pound, not butt-stomp, even though that is a very fitting name.

  • The official term IS "Ground Pound," but I prefer to call it a butt-stomp.

  • Oh ok, thank you. Your name does coincide very well with what it actually is.

  • this game is actually a mix of 3 games

Platforming - Super Mario Bros 1

    Bosses - Super Mario Land

kamek messing the stage - Yoshi's Island

and let that last thing be what i hate... Kamek screwing up <,<
