that "old" BMW is the 1989 BMW E30 M3... one of the fastest touring cars of it's time... it could easily keep up with its current XTCC counterpart.. it's won numerous championships from 1982-1997 when it was replaced by the BMW M3GTR ... dont knock this historic monument in FIA history... thats like saying the Audi A1 Quattro was a shitty Rally car...
