I'll second that. She did not attend because she wanted to join our group or because she was like minded. No, she attended to see what was being said about Islam by our speaker and to get her two cents in, basically to infitrate. She was very uncomfortable during the speech which focused on the militant faction of the Islamic religion. I feel she should have denounced the violence that takes place daily in the name of Islam if she truly wants credibility.
I disagree. When a Democratic activist with her own political action committee and aspirations to run for office shows up at meetings of her political opponents and fails to declare who she is and what her aspirations and affiliations are it is a well justified assumption that the attendance is duplicitous in nature.Hardly respectful of the host group. But, hey if her presence was so respectful why not let her have the mic at every meeting? She comes off polished and charming? I'll pass on her.
I was there. Saba behaved very respectfully and was treated the same. What she could not do was disagree with ANY of the points Mr. Sommer made because they were completely factual! BTW, I was the one who asked that he address the issue of taquiya-- which basically means that Muslims can lie and deceive as much as they want as long as it is for the good of the faith.
