Seems as you have all the files to make it boot into Manufature mode, surely you can reverse engineer the software and just make it check a dummy server, or itself?

@dan7712 Reverse Engineering needs alot of skill. i know because in the PSP Scene i know people who can reverse engineering

If you remove the ini file and just have the xex file, it does not automatically go into manufacturing mode and there are other tests you can run.
