  • i question the turn off part..that dog should come back and sit..not jump on the officer and bite the leash...ive seen and handled better..The dog is trained to avoid officers. You can see non uniformed officers staying clear. though..have you ever seen these k9's taken off and in a group of officers on the ground with suspect the dog always seems to know who the bad guy is? Thats not by mistake

  • 1:50 "This is the only time you can pet a Police Dog". LOL!!!!

  • stunning looking dog

  • I wanna see a cat do that!

  • @Sexisttroll LOL I have 2 cats and they wouldn't care if someone attacked me or not. XD! (as long as the person let me live so I could feed them at the next meal time, that's all they care about!) hahaha!!!!

  • @Sexisttroll True a cat couldn't do that but that doesn't mean dogs are better than cats or even vice versa. It's all a matter of opinion.

  • good dog

  • That guy was panicing

  • nice! good demo..

  • "and remember this is the only time you can pet a police dog" LOL

  • this is amazing!

  • i agree with O8SERVER!!! 100%

  • "lets go get a doughnut" hahahahah !!stupid!

  • Excellent training.

  • awsome!

  • Great control. Great demonstration. It kept everyone watching that was shocked into happy people again. Yet they still have an understanding of how a dog should work on the road. Someone made a comment below about the dounut.....lets call him and idiot. Maybe he should be the next decoy!

  • great demonstration, sheperds are not a very good domestic pet but great police dogs, they were bred to work

  • @zythepsarian So long as they are raised by owners that can give a shepherd the training and work that they require they can make great dogs. I know a couple that would train every shepherd they had to be guards and protectors as in responding to signals to tag, release, find and hold . . . great dog happy owners. Just too many people that want a big dog without fully understanding the work that goes into them.

  • @zythepsarian Wow, your flat wrong. I have three and my kids pull on ears, lay on them like a pillow, and yes...one is a working dog!

  • @zythepsarian I have to disagree - they can be great family pets just don't get one from a crappy breeder.

  • The donut comment was genius.

  • I think there is something going wrong at the end of the show....lol

  • excellent!

  • 2:01 - 2:02 he sets back police a couple hundred years by saying "lets go get a dounut" haha

  • @hoodstars559 Police didn't have donuts a couple of hundred years ago.

  • The dog should have a vest.

  • If that guy was carrying a knife(what must criminals do) that dog would be dead

  • generaldeejee most criminals, knife or no knife give up at the site of the dog. Most police k9s also can run at 30 miles per hour and typically don't always hit from the front. How likely is a criminal to sling a dog off of his back, who just hit him at 30 mph and then stab him....the best of luck to you if you can. Most of the times the dogs make it where the officers can use the dog and avoid fighting or conflict. Kill a police dog and the criminal goes to jail for killing an officer...

  • If that cop was carrying a gun(which most cops do) that criminal would be dead

  • If he was carrying a knife the guy would have some lead in his brain.

  • If that guy was carrying a knife, he would drop the knife when the dogs teeth is pressed inside the criminals arm. (most criminals dont have arm protection.)

  • @ 0:36 it was really funny

  • Police Dogs are awesome!

  • "This is the only time it's ok to pet a police dog." Ha! Brilliant!

  • these guys did a presentation at my school

  • A well trained attack or guard dog is one scary thing in action. It's real easy to see how they are one of the best security systems ever trained.

  • Awesome dog... friendly, but does what it is trained to do...

  • beautiful dog:-)

and i think all police dogs should be trained to this degree. i've seen dogs that get so wild that the officer actually has to hit them rather hard to get them to stop attacking

  • beautiful animal,beside
