This is weird. circlestrafing. I was a BC2 chopper pro. Dont take my word lightly on that. I rarely did that because it created a path for people to predict. I think the reason people dont do it on bf3, is because the choppers are heavier and handle too much differently to be able to to it effectively.

think bout using the ecm jammer as a pilot...and flares for the gunner! the regenerationtime of the jammer is bout the half of the flares! so you have the chance to avoid be locked on...and if something is coming in...then you got the flares of the gunner ! ;)

I usually hit and run or strafe run in helis, because hanging around an area to long will get you shot down.

I consider myself pro with most vehicles, do a tips video on classes, I suck as infantry.

@xxtraptassassinxx thats done with a SOFLAM or the Laser painter upgrade from the Attack Helicopter. It laser designates a target, so ground units can shoot the target (air or ground) with a Javelin or Guided Missile. When using a Guided missile on the gunner, and a Laser painter on the Pilot, the pilot can laser a air target (say, a enemy chopper) and the gunner can lock on and fire his guided missile on the enemy chopper.
