i try to do this 3 times a week on my restdays (days im not lifting or martial arts) or after my lifting routines
i do other cardio as well, on stationery bike or sprinting but i follow the same intervall protocol in those things. 20sec sprint folllowed by 10sec rest. Just finished my holiday so now i have to start from the beginning again hahaha
beautiful , i do interval training aswell on the bag but the work is 20and rest is 30 .
how often do you do this training , how many times a week i mean , and do you do other cardio ?
