It dosnt work, it says access denied. and in my school it wont let you right click! and why dont you just open notepad and type start and save as a .bat file.
LoL to bad accounts are created on domain controlers along with the richts to the accounts. This will only change the local settings of the computer, you would have to allow cmd.exe to run with admin rights and there is no Network Admin stupid enough to look that over.
