There are thousands of transitional fossils. If you don't know that you either haven't been looking or you ignore them.

Yes, they are peripheral. I included certain mammals of today as merely representative of their morphologically similar ancesters which existed millions of years ago. I couldn't find footage for them like I did the theorized ancestral reptiles. For example, the lemur depicted is actually meant to represent a lemur-like ancestor of both humans and lemurs, etc.

Lol, hey thanks for the compliment. As far as modern humans, I tried depicting people at the end who influenced to a large degree the world I live in. I'm thinking of doing another version which depicts the transition from hunter-gather to farming, ancient Mesopotamia, Babylon, etc.
