i used to weightrain, but quit a few months ago, and i lost a lot of muscle mass. Im thinking about weightlifting again... will my muscle mass increase soon just as i had when i quit or do i have to start again from zero?
It will come back quicker than it took to get it but I can't tell you exactly what you will get by when. It will depend on how well you train, eat and recover. Good luck.
i have a couple of questions. what do i have to do to look like im flexing when im not, particulary my arms. i see guys that look ripped and theyre not even flexing. i cant seem to get that. ive been lfting for 2 months now. 2nd, after working out i like to relax in the steam room and sauna. is this bad for my muscles in any? im trying to get cut more than bulk up. your advice is greatly appreciated. thanks

I don't use supplements any more. I eat organic food and as much as I can raw. Every now and then if I am traveling, I'll bring protein powder with me but that's about it.
If you can fight, then you can build up to whatever weight you want (within reason). Pick what you want to do with your life and then make it happen. Don't pick things because they are there and easy.
hey i was wondering if i should use creatine for better shape. i have a home gym i satrted working out about 2 months ago, i started at 246lb i'm 15 , i am 228 right now and i want faster muscle so should i use creatine to get basicly bigger. i workout everyday twice a day but i want faster results i'm 5'11 and 228 right now, (pretty fat) but i'm strong for my age i think could bench 200lb anyway do you think i should go out and buy creatine to get bigger and lose weight ot tunr it in to muscle!
Hey man gr8 vids im 15 and i wanna bulk up but i dont wanna neglect legs and i wanna go from 166lbs to 185lbs of muscle in a couple of months, mssg me on utube or sumit plz, i cant hit the gym cuz im too young so i have basically been doing only flys on the floor for chest.
You want to start looking into low rep high resistance bodyweight training then. Things like pistols, handstand pushups, chins, dips on counter tops and the like. I can't put links in this box but you can find those exercises I just listed here on youtube.

@mikestylz96 first of all u wont get any of that muscle in just 2 months okay
it takes longer than u think (without any supplements even protein shakes)
if u dont have any patience and dont wana work hard then just go buy the supplemets and cheat ur way to muscle building
