I tried siphoned coffee today for the first time. Different, but not better. No way near as good as the cafe americano I had in Naples Italy. Served by a barista dressed in a tuxedo, no less.
@endgammer probably two different coffee's, how is that even relevant? You can't make a quality judgment based on two coffees brewed different ways. Plus, an americano isn't even the same drink. It's not drip coffee, it's espresso diluted with water.
