Problems:
1) she can block
2) she can activate X-factor and punish you to DEATH!
The only way to stop phoenix is to sue her ass with phoenix wright :p

Pretty sure she can block this.
The only set ups that kill Phoenix for sure are unblockable ones, UWT, Dirt Nap, taking out the trash, ect.

There is 1 frame where phoenix can do anything after transforming so she can teleport out of this. Timing is tough, but it can be done

except.. pretty much the majority of the time she turns dark, phoenix is airborne

It will kill her if you're x-factored. The current combo is fine since the start up already has an invincible start up, and you could even DHC it into something else, rather than KFCing into another hyper.

That hyper has enough range if you accidentally OTG her with lightning legs, but if you kill her in an air combo, you're screwed.
