dude, ur in luck, DONT GRENADE JUMP! i just figured out a new way, USE A BRUTE SHOT, jump and shot 3 quick shots and ull blast all the way up! i spent like 3 hours trying to find grenades, so i just tried it and it worked! try it out

If I remember right, the one the The Storm, is on top of the cylindrical roof, correct?

Well, if this is the case, you have to do the skull BEFORE the Wraith is destroyed, simply crash a warthog into the side of the building and hop up, it should be there.

If you mean the catch skull then make sure you don't destroy the wraith before trying to get it, otherwise it won't be there.

well i havnt seen you make a tutorial tohelp people get the skulls also doing it on legendary would be allot harder because it would take more time the enemies would be harder and i dont think anyone again would want to waste there time when they can get it allot faster by doing it on normal....
