I LOVE DBZ and i LOVE Naruto. But who in their right anime lovin' mind can say that anyone in DBZ cant destroy somebody from Naruto.. Even Chiaotzu has a fighting chance in Naruto universe... And him having a fighting chance.. speaks for itself. The best op thing out of Naruto universe s the Sharingan thing, but there are people in DBZ who can blow you up with their minds... Dr Slump was Akira Toriyama's first popular manga/anime and it was out a few years before Dragonball. It's probably one of the funniest and creative anime ever and its huge in Asia and South America but its fairly unknown in America. There's about 7 or 8 episodes of the newer Dr Slump with Goku in it. Also the events in Dr Slump are in the same world/timeline/universe as Dragonball. Yep. The only people who have ever been able to ride on the Kinto-un (the Nimbus's real name) are Goku, Gohan, Goten, Arale-chan, Upa, Uub, and Luffy from One Piece (he rode it in a Japanese Fuji TV attraction where he and Goku fight Eneru, and in the Cross Epoch manga).
