Nop, there was one earlier, much simpler and better, i'm not sure if it was from sega or not, i was about 8-9 years then xD. The name was Rally or Sega Rally ... Not Sega Rally Championship, i played SRC much later

Does the PC version only work on Windows 95, or can it work on any later version of Windows(i.e. 2000, XP, Vista, 7)?

@Cheetah1251 I just tried it on my Windows Vista SP2 and I got the game to run when it was set to 256 color mode.
