these teens are grown teenagers,there not children anymore,like other people have said it's perfecly okay to have one of little one's or if the person as a disorder where he or she doesn't understand to stay with that person than yes it is neccesry,but not 10 and up if normal

The kid at 3:12 wearing the fake dog tag, he isn't looking at the leash. He could care less about the leash, all he is looking at it the girls. Thats all he is seeing. I'd bet my months pay on it!.  If you look close, you can notice him puckering up as if to blow a kiss at them. I have some advise for the wannabe Army guy . Check Id's son before you end up in the stockade
