Over a thousand head infest Valley Forge National Historical Park, and car/deer collisions are a daily event.

yup. True story here. Once I saw two guys walking up I-79 with rifles. My boss was a game warden and I told him about it and asked it it wasn't illegal to shoot from the road like than.
