ha i find it funny when people say it was shame it only came out in the UK or europe, heh, im just glad im welsh, thats like being english but your slightly nicer, unless your from north wales.......ANYWAY, im off to go get ninja gaiden MS now thanks
About the midgets, how about those psycho flea men from Castlvania! There like midget Quasimotos. man I hate those guys.
I think it would be funny to have in a game the evil bird trainer. Who trains all the bats and birds and other misc flying things to just piss the shit out of you.
Are you tired of hearing this yet? It's Ninja Gaiden (pronounced Guy-den) not Gay-den. And it's Ryu (pronounced Ri-you) not Raiyu. It sounds like nitpicking, but people (especially Japanese) respect it when one takes the effort to pronounce words correctly. Okay, now you can give your thumbs down on this comment.
Everyone has their own preference of how things are pronounced. Take Mario for example. I say Mar-e-o while some say Mayor-e-o. Another is wrestling while people call it wrastling. I do have a tendency to speak a word like the JP do. Take Naruto for example. The JP say it as it is without syllables. US say it as Na-Ru-To with Ru being the expressed one. Depending on where people are from is how it will be spoken.
Hate them damn midgets! Then they would even do flips, furthering the stereotype that midgets are here for our amusement. Crooked game developers will burn in hell!
In regards to the Master System, games from the UK can be played just fine in America. If you have a Japanese version of the console (not sure if all of 'em had the FM chip), you can get different sound in some games.
Nice video I need to hire some running stabby guys to get a few people LOL and those ****ing birds they are like the birds from the movie THE BIRDS LMFAO.
great review...but ur pronouncing it wrong; it's not gay-den,lol- it should be guy-den, saying it the japanese way or the literal latin, hence gaiden. c'mon, we're not french... btw, i hate them flying birds on the nes version.
there are actually two different versions of this game.

When you're a blue ninja, be prepared to battle any eagles, crows, or hawks that spot you. Birds hate blue ninjas.
It's pronounced Ri-Yu!

Actually, you pronounce it the way you pronounce Hugh but with an R at the beginning.

If it's released in PAL regions, that means ALL PAL regions. Including New Zealand and Australia, as well as a few other counties, not just the UK.
That being said, I love this game and this was a pretty decent review.

If your not playing on an emulator the game is slowed down. It's strange, because I had to adjust to the speed when I received the actual copy.

Actually, there is a right way and a wrong way. Take some Japanese in college and find out. It is pronounced, "guy den".
