Dear Chu Andrew,

I'm a 2nd generation (as you can tell by my username) American-born Vietnamese teenager. My parents have been diligently teaching me the past and our culture, our language and the diaspora. However, I have always been disappointed when meeting with other Viet teens my age at their lack of knowledge about our history. I was so glad upon finding out about you! I hope you can help teach us 2nd generations and help us NOT forget who we are. Please keep writing! :D

So I have seen a lot of what you talk about.PLUS, with Involvement in their Orphanage -Pre 1975 have become familiar with similar issues you raised with the 'Adopted Community' returning, some for the first time.
