But unlike Maiden and Slayer, Linkin Park's and Coldplay's signature sounds get very boring after a couple of songs. Honestly, linkin park have a lame signature sound. I loved them when i first heard them..but each new song i liked them less and less to the point that i think linkin park sucks!!!!!

They can't be exactly the same, you'd have to alter the transposition of at least one to make it sound like the other, and it was tuned really low for one song, and high for the other, even lower or higher than Chester's usual voice. I guess LP isn't any genre, just a genre themselves. :) I like these softer songs. I don't know why everyone else doesn't. I do like their older music more, though. my guess is that both of these songs are in the same key or based around the same scale. therefore, the notes used are bound to fit both songs; so yea THESE two sound the same. but thats not for all their songs. They can't be exactly the same, you'd have to alter the transposition of at least one to make it sound like the other, and it was tuned really low for one song, and high for the other, even lower or higher than Chester's usual voice. But anyway, this is really good. I discovered this on playlist.com :)

I guess LP isn't any genre, just a genre themselves. :) I like these softer songs. I don't know why everyone else doesn't. I do like their older music more, though. I still think that these songs are amazing, like The Messenger and Iridescent.
