@youthman7 Depends how you want to use it. In this case, I teach as a movement for exercise. You can do it for reps or time. Works great in a Tabata Protocol. I also use it as a compensation to release tension by holding it for 45-60 sec.
@getgorgeousnow Thanks:) Training is going great. I'm in the midst of a program I designed involving clubbells and having a blast with it. Will be set for release to the public early December. But in the mean time there will be lots off tidbits and goodies;) Both here and over at "Dare to Evolve".
@GymnosEvolution i would really like to get a pair!! it is going well, but have been having an issue with my wrist. I cut hair an think its starting to catch up. Yes i do all kinds of stretching/massage , icing, etc. Along w my training i also ride horses which seems to be doing a number on my hand joints.. So I have been doing excercises for my extensors..seeings that I'm always gripping. You could say I'm busy,,,lol
@GymnosEvolution No i havent Shane... I am very intrigued by it tho. Since I dont know the correct form, an hesitant, as I dont want to start off wrong! I do know that would help with opening my hips-shoulders up. An more I realize.lol
@getgorgeousnow Totally worth. many of the folks I work with (including a hair stylist) have had wrist issues. Intu-Flow has done wonders for them. And it will definitely help with hips and shoulders:) Just go to intu-flowdotcom and Scott Sonnon has the beginner routine there for free. All the best!
question! how many reps or should you hold for time?
