  • i did it and it gave me half an inch on my arms and yes this does work just take any kind of proteinshake and 4 days of mcdonalds and steaks before and steak salate 4 days after its fuckin nuts but it works only problem if u take little to much weight u fuck up and i was able to hold it up i had 15 inch biceps before now im at 16 inch but the workout lituarly kills u means that u cant workout for one week

  • @Bracerjack basically errm u fatigue your muscles so much there forced 2 grow , but i mean it is a one day commitment from 9 till 6 which can be very long some people can not be bothered , but the gains you get are not really gains its jus 1inch of swelling really and after a week it will decrease u would probably just get half a inch or even less real results doing this workout

    ya just gota work out 3 times a week and overload on protein...allthough its easier said than done, most people complain about not gettn bigger cos they don't stick to it and don't eat enough

    you need an overload of calories to fuel growth and weight gain.

    isolation work is beneficial but if you develop big compound lifts like squats, bench rows and shoulder presses you will develop big arms to go along with those big lifts.

    someone who can bench and row a large weight will have decent arms to go along with it.

  • this is total bullshit. you don't need a whole day to gain an inch. all you need is 45 minutes to an hour, just like any other workout day in the gym. On my "arms" workout day (bicep + tricep), I gain at least an inch right after the workout. And the bloody reason is because the arms are PUMPED. i barely do 15 sets of biceps and 15 sets of triceps! Bottom line is, your arms will shrink the next day or 2, and thats because your muscles are in a relaxed state. SIMPLE AS IT IS.

  • exaclt mine are 18s pumped after arms workout 17s when cold but my left is only 16.8 but i am not cut and flexed.

    You could probably gain an inch or thereabouts from this in 6 months if you did the workout every couple of months. It depends if your arms are lagging though. If your arms are lagging compared to the rest of the body theres a good chance they'll grow.

    also, how do you think your bodies going to react after being placed under such unusual stress? it's probably going to adapt, providing it get's the required rest and calories afterwards, adaptation means growth.

  • Lol i commented on this nearly a year ago. Recovery isn't an instant progress. It isn't that easy to put inches on bodyparts. Working out in this manner is considerably breaking down the muscle tissue. Adaptation occurs over a long time. This is an obvious scam, and the celltech advertising proves this beyond any reasonable doubt. If you think this works I pity you.
