Irish?... not quite. A great bar? You bet your ass! Hooters has nothing on this place! As long as they hire friendly servers, it's a great place. The food menu is a bit blah though.

The one in San Diego is ok. The girls are really pretty (and some are really really really hot) but most aren't as friendly as at the several Hooters in town. I still like Hooters better. Tilted Kilt has a pub look to it if you're into that look. Kind of boring if you're too young to drink (I'm 15). Also Hooters is a lot more fun. Maybe it depends on the individual managers. Our Tilted Kilt is next to the ballpark so its not that easy to go there unless you go after a game or live downtown.
