great job done by the BEAUTIFUL ugly indian group! kudos to them! they must collect heavy fine from the BBMP for neglecting these hazards.some animal shelter needs to come forward and take the cows away. let the owners go to the shelter, take them back home paying heavy fine for "wrong parking"!

also men/women at work need to wear protective gears on feet too as the unhygienic conditions are hazardous to skin-health.

Very nice, socially responsible job, no doubt, however. the Municipality would be the most happiest guys than anybody else, as their job is made simpler! (No offence and no pun intended).I was just thinking isn't there a better way of achieving the same job in a more efficient way? cant we use our education, intellect, skills and pressurize / influence the municipality/government to do their job correctly (remember? we are actually paying our hard earned money for all this job)...any thoughts?..

I hope this spreads nationwide. you need a uniform or at least an arm-band or something to have an identity.

Maybe if you announce (FB?) which neighborhoods will be cleaned prior to the weekend(probably by votes), the local people within a colony can spread the word to their neighbors. That way progress can be tracked and each neighborhood is held accountable. Im not an IT guy, but i think this(voting,arranging,tracking­) can be formalized on a web application.

@test123ok I dont think they need uniforms...they r not some commercial company, they are just like us but acting selflessly...working with their normal getup is the only way to connect to people and convey the message that it's not a rocket science but just needs conviction.

They shouldn't inform prior, thats just wastage of time and expectations.This video said it's just tuk 3 hrs,the local people could have stepped in any time to help....like the policeman came forward.
