it taste good however oil get filled inside the kababs.

  • Dear Sir,

I tried this receipe with a slight change in it i substituted peas with the green chana, i did not add spinach to it but i did add patatoes and corn flour for binding but it did not binded well a tikki got the shape but when fried it seperated i made a point that the oil was hot enough what changes should i make to avoid breaking of the kababs?

    Thanking you.

  • Make sure you mash the potato well . The potatoes you use should be old so that they are not sticky.

  • Hi can you please tell me which potatoes to use for tikkiswhich are dry and not sticky after boiling? Old or new? Thank you....

  • Old potatoes are advised for this recipes so that the kababs don't become sticky.

  • @sanjeevkapoorkhazana thank you.

  • how to use palak in thiskaab

  • Put the palak in boiling water. Let it blanch for a minute or two, remove and put in ice cold water to stop further cooking. Squeeze out water completely. Chop and use.
