I tried this receipe with a slight change in it i substituted peas with the green chana, i did not add spinach to it but i did add patatoes and corn flour for binding but it did not binded well a tikki got the shape but when fried it seperated i made a point that the oil was hot enough what changes should i make to avoid breaking of the kababs?
Put the palak in boiling water. Let it blanch for a minute or two, remove and put in ice cold water to stop further cooking. Squeeze out water completely. Chop and use.
Thanks So much for nice Recipe

Make sure you mash the potato well . The potatoes you use should be old so that they are not sticky.
