  • so.... functional

  • Bozo-ball...

  • HAHA - If I actually saw someone doing this at the gym, I could not help but roll on the floor laugh and point at them LOL.

  • Berkham Rules....

  • I think I'd pop the ball

  • This actually looks fairly difficult, to get down, if pointless.

  • DAT TONE

  • Naw girl that's too much weight you don't wanna get huge! Just tone it down so you can be tone.

  • So tone.

  • Funny how all her other videos have high ratings

  • Seems legit.

  • So much wasted potential. She could rotate the arms around in circles to work them rotator cuffs, maybe crunch when she's squatting down and overextend back when she stands back up. Also just jump up for that explosiveness

  • I bet whoever made this didn't expect Martin Berkhan to give them that light saber XD

  • haha

  • are you srs?

cause i'm not sure if srs?

  • does she even lift?

  • Holy crap that is too much happening at once. Go squat, go dealift, just dont do it in my cage

  • Please respond.

  • It better targets the glutes and hamstrings? Verify how this happens, please. How does the activation of the biceps in ANY way effect the activation of the glutes and hamstrings? Isthisreallife!? Oh, and is the shoulder press necessary, or does it just add in extra style points?

  • I cant stop laughing at how much Martin's blog is destroying this channel right now, its too funny

  • I just threw away my squat rack. This is where it's at.

  • @EffecientOperator BAHAHAH

  • hey guys look in to the bosu ball of the future of fake fitness

  • #f**karounditis Lol

  • I see the curl, and I see the bosu ball. wheres the squat?

  • 27 ppl have severe fuckarounditis

  • Hilarious! Of course ANY exercise is better than none.

  • hahahahhhaha what the fuuuuuuck haahahahhaha

  • totally bonkers! that's not squatting, that's just wobbling around ... and what exactly is she curling there - "engage your biceps" she says, she's making it up! might as well lift your arm to pick your nose for all the benefit it brings you!! still, this clip is good for a laugh ...

  • What are you going to get out of squatting 10-16lb?

  • I don't want to be too harsh; that's cool if you want to work balance and stabilizer muscles. But anyone who thinks this makes you strong or big is failing big time.

  • I feel bad for this expert LOL to check youtube and see so many negative votes. she's prob like, ahhh i hate you Martin Berkhan

  • what the hell is this

  • SOMEONE TEACH THIS BITCH HOW TO SQUAT!!! barbell's whats missin, get off that garbage ball

  • ughh this is so bad for you. I hope women are not actually doing this. This is extremely dangerous and not effective. This is terrible...just terrible lol

  • The only way I see that thing being useful is for handstand pushups, so I quit fucking up my wrists.

  • Isn't this actually REALLY dangerous? Imagine trying to use that thing with some amount of weight that would actually produce results.

  • Leangains and Boso Ball Perfect COMBO =)

  • @MartinBerkhan got this vid more views than it deserved. LOL. #winning

  • Good night sweet knees

  • I love seeing people fall off these things in the gym.

  • hhahahaaha why? WHYYYYY? :D

  • hhahahaaha why? WHYYYYY? :D

  • are you kidding?

  • The fuckaround-itis is strong with this one

  • @jenslyn87 lol...For real. All hail Berkhan

  • I think this may be an excellent way of fucking up your knees

  • dumb bitch is dumb

  • Lmfao. What is this?

  • Comment removed

  • Fucking hell, she's not even going below parallel.

  • I love that you can tone and gain mass at the same time with 5lbs dumbbells.

  • Berkhan sent me here and promised me candy. Can I sue him now?

  • This is embarrassing.

  • dog shit

  • What a hilarious waste of time.

  • Effing hilarious. Great example of Fu*********tis.

  • i'm calling it a bullshit ball from now on.

  • These problems she's warning about, with the knees tracking too far over the toes and rolling inward - are pretty easy problems to solve if you get off the damn ball!

  • Berkhan sent me. I feel better about my routine already.

  • Thumbs up if Martin Berkhan sent you here to get some laugh ;)

  • @TheSmartDon

    hahahaha

  • @TheSmartDon

Oh and I got a good laugh.

  • @TheSmartDon Ya, totally, I'm reading his article on f**karounditis right now... I see these guys at the gym all the freaking time... The bro wasting my space, patience and time doing squat rack curls, the guy doing an hour of dumbbell curls, the ab ball people, the disease is rampant. All I know is I'm glad I don't have the disease, my routine is all compounds with only about 6-7 exercises 3 sets of 5, 3 days a week, though squats are 5x5. Though I'm sad to say I'm a cardio zombie.

  • @TheSmartDon You know he did!

  • You know it....lol

  • What the fuck is she doing.

    What the hell.

    Why

    what

    my fucking brain

  • 1:23 MY SHOULDERS. THEY ARE ACTIVATED.

  • What a useless work out.

  • The whole core argument for these stupid balls is completely silly.

How do wobbling with essentially no external resistance work your core? How fucking weak would you have to be for this to do anything?

Do these girls not realize that the purses they lug around all day weigh twice as much as those tiny weights?

  • God damn fucking bosu balls

  • Guys, don't do what she is doing. When she squats she goes way too low. You can fuck up your knee.

You're better off doing leg press and bicep curls

  • where are you gonna squat 400 pounds in a football game???? these types of workouts are functional... which means you will actually use these movements specifcally in a event.... doing these movements and pairing it with conventional "strength training" is very effective however.

  • functional? when the hell are you going to do this movement?

  • when you need to explode from your core while bringing your arm up

    its all relevant

  • Gurl this exercise is excellent for toning and adding mass but don't squat so low, it's bad for your knees.

  • no its not... its light weight

  • oh so this si waht sqwautz are

  • a little dangerous no?

  • LoL, this has got to be a troll.

  • I do all my workouts on my bed. I think it's basically the same.

  • i raged

  • this looks like utter shit

dont waste your time doing this crap

  • its amazing that people dont see the correlation between exercises like this and the physiques of the ones performing them.

  • DO DIS IN A POWER CAGE FOR BEST RESUHLTS. Fucking ridiculous.

  • hey guys i just thought of this crazy idea

lets do all the same movements she's doing, but lets do them all seperate without a bosu ball.

    lets add weight too

i think this crazy idea just might work.

  • Bosu ball? more liek bozo ball hurr durr

  • she should twist on the way up or do this on one leg. it must be possible to add more pointless shit

  • I saw one of these things at the gym and laughed and stabbed it with my knife.

  • Wow, I don't know if I can handle that much weight. This looks hard.

  • cool story bro

  • SQURLZ

  • Do these in the squat rack for the best results.

  • It's not for working out. It's just so bros will stare at you.

So, ladies, if you need attention...take heed.

  • It's practical strength. In the future, the ground will be made of inflated rubber, causing our five-pound items to fall from our high shelves, needing to be repeatedly put back. This is the best explanation I can come up with for this.

  • why? why would you do this?

  • its core strength and it develops your proprioception... its the reason why you see all those athletes moving the way they do..your core allows you to anchor down...the bosu just allows you to engage the core more effectively because it is an unstable surface...you should try it its different

  • why not do a proper barbell back/front squat and proper barbell/dumbell overhead press's. that im sure is going to be a much more sucessful way of building functional core strength.

also bicep curls will never develop core strength so they may aswell be removed from the exercise if its for core.

finally its better to work opposing muscles together such as bench and rows rather than tiring yourself out working a seemingly random selection.

  • although your point is valid.... these movements are meant to be sport specific. as in the game of football the need to move sparaticlly at hi speeds is a must.. these movements help you with being explosive and will prevent injury. all power generated in the body is maximized if your hips and core is involved. take for example a mma fighter. to throw that knockout punch you have to generate the power from your hips legs and concentrate the energy from your core...

  • @fangmama63

    i hope u are trolling...

  • ROFLELDOWALDFNJFJ WTF

  • OH MY FUCKING GOD 6-8 REPITITIONS!

  • tone tone tone tone tone tone tone tone

  • Why don't you do them separately? The muscle groups aren't even remotely related.

  • These are squats so i'm gonna do em in the squat rack bro

  • ... WHAT?

  • if you don't have a bouncy ball carved into your floor you can do this on a waterbed.

  • NO.

  • this is hilarious

I BET SHES GETTIN HELLA TONED BROS

  • ridiculous.
