  • "Get TOTAL Grappling Moves---------------------->

How Small Guys Beat GIANTS in BJJ

    MicroBJJ (dot) com"

  • I don't think people realize this is a parody. I thought it was hilarious. I couldn't stop laughing when I saw you in the rashguard and I nearly died when i saw it had a rip.

  • lol did this right after a competition and I found that rashgaurd in my closet. I thought it would be perfect for what I was going for. Thanks for watching!

  • i understand that this is a parody, but it doesnt work. just isnt funny

  • that dude isn't even doing it right

  • I know I'm not doing it right. Read the side bar.

  • what channel are you talking about submissions 101, cause that would make sense except of the cheesburger thing

  • *facepalm*.... Its a parody... once again... read the sidebar.

  • its amazing that people are so idiotic they cant even READ THE SIDEBAR!

  • the burger MADE this video

  • oh Derrick ....

    so funny

    is that a cheesburger?

  • Nothing like trying to tear someone down by sending more hits their way ; )

I got a laugh a long with a few girls I have over watching it right now. One wanted to know what size tits you have? Please update us on the cup size(don't worry Im not hating in fact I think they are jealous)

  • Tom:

Its all good...The parody is kinda funny and these guys are fans of Sub 101.

    Keep on rolling....

  • I have never attempted to check the size of my chesticles however in the past 2 years I have lost 100 lbs and I still have about 20 lbs left to go (trying to get to 160 lbs). I have no doubt with losing more weight that they will only grow to their full potential.

  • congrats on the loss, I am trying to do something similar. Did you get it through training or a combination of other stuff?

  • Actually I started losing weight when I switched my major from history to exercise sciences (was 280 lbs). I lost about 35 lbs just watching what I ate and exercising a litte bit. Then I started BJJ and lost about 15 more lbs. Then I started preparing for a BJJ tournament and having dreams of MMA so I lost 50 lbs in the past summer (going from 230 to 180). Here is how I lost the last 50. Take in on average around 500-900 calories a day and work out 5-8 hours, 4-5 times a week for a few months

  • thats a little nasty tomgavrillos. the guy is down with sub 101 and is just having a laugh

  • I think the problem is tina is that many people don't read the side bar next to the videos. I get this ALL the time with my vids. Humor is subjective after all and like my videos-some will like them-some will hate them. Such as life ;-)

  • Looks to me like he is mocking someone. But Ill let him speak for himself. Which is it?

  • No Tom I'm not trying to mock anyone here. I'm actually doing my best "Rexkwondo" impression from the movie Napoleon Dynamite. I would never dis on Subs101, as a matter of fact one of my personal goals is to improve my flexability and some day train in the 10th Planet system.

  • My bad I completely took that video the wrong way then. And I must say I am impressed with you're dedication and weight loss.

Accept my apologies as Ari is a very close friend of mine.

    Regards, Tom

  • Yo Give Ups 101...were watching.......More reps, less burgers ;-) and you'll get that gogo.

  • such a waist of my time watching this! Nice tities creeper.....no more fast food for you tubby!

  • God Damn this is hilarious. How is Mung not laughing at this?
