I wonder does anyone only use super soft's when they use the evo 8? With that car I usually throw out all concept of racing. I can push that car hard barely braking to keep up my max speed through the course. Then again half way through lap 2 the tires are getting burnt out. compensating by not gassing so hard and braking become an issue. still with that car no one ever catches me with red tires on lol.

Both good cars. I remember the when I used to play ps2, Gt4, and im sorry to tell you but I could smoke you in my 106 rallye turbo I had, only 200 and something bhp. I'm not saying i was that great at GT, but I was alot better than that, learn to drive man. I'd have blasted the Evo before the 2nd lap started.

the engines are not even 270hp on the evo n more than 325 on the csl but the evo is turbo the csl in not wich meas on the evo you have to fill the turbo up with air to gain horse power the csl is n/a so at the moment that you press te gas the hp is there to run

Turbos spool up from exhaust gases and Horse power in cars isn't a constant 270 or 325 it has to do with RPM for instance the same engine might have 20 horse power at 1500 rpm or 200 at 7500 rpm so that argument is invalid. Turbo lag is virtually non-existant nowadays since most modern cars use variable vein turbos also the evos key to success is its AWD system which allows it to carry its speed much more effeciently in the corners

The M3 driver isn't as bad as you think, the Evo being 4WD has more traction for braking and accelerating out of corners, and the narrow road means the M3 does not have enough space to get past most of the time.

On most tracks yeah but this suits the Evo. Like it or not, fact is tight circuits with lots of tight corners suit 4WD cars because of their extra traction under braking and acceleration. High speed corners catch them out cos of their greater tendency to understeer. I'm not going to waste an afternoon on this thread, you have your opinion, I have mine.
