  • Hiyaaaa! Have you tried - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate got hot 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it.

  • Hello! Have you considered - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cousin got hot Six pack abs and lost a lot of weight with it.

  • Hi hi! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my mate got really defined 6 pack abs and lost tons of weight with it.

  • It's my understanding that visceral fat is very hard to lose and is very unhealthy.

  • which one is hardest to get rid off??

  • @tommythetigersaw Yes, but the calipers and the calculations are pretty close.

  • @tommythetigersaw Yes, but the calipers and the calculations are pretty close.

  • Thanks for the info, but hey- don't you have visceral fat yourself? I mean you look strong, but it stillt looks that your belly sticks out..

  • @wwwXbocisXlv Check out the picture on my channel page.

  • @BodyPerformanceTV Thats insane. Do you maintain that year round?

  • @tommythetigersaw Yes, visceral fat can affect caliper reading also though we hope the charts adjust for that.

  • First I would like to thank you for sharing your videos that everybody is benefiting from. My question to you is that I'm little underweight and feel I have to gain some pounds. However, as far as I know I get them either from fat or from muscle. What do you think how should I go with it? Simply eating more is not gonna give me muscle pounds, rather just fat. In the other hand I probably have to workout hard in order to gain any muscle.

  • @MrTursunov You are right. LIFTING is the way to gain size, weight and muscle. Lifting will build muscle and increase your apetite naturally.

  • Great Topic.....not to many people know about this. I have been eating a clean lifestyle but I supplement Leucine and works great.

    Take care.

  • @zombiekicker You get rid of visceral fat the same way, diet and cardio.

  • @BodyPerformanceTV according to latest research exercise is what you need to get rid of visceral fat, diet doesn't really do much for that type of fat in fact sumo's that are overweight have low visceral fat because they exercise a lot

  • @geiuy That's not correct. Plus, Sumo wrestles are not aerobic in their activty.

  • Thank you for the great video! but how can you lose visceral fat? like normal fat: cardio, diet, etc?

  • @BeatBay Yes, you get rid of visceral fat the same wa, diet and cardio.

  • I love all of your videos, they are so informative and cool. Right now I'm on a weight loss journey. I started at 235 pounds in January and now I'm 198. I followed your advice about portion sizes and exercising every day. You've helped me out so much. Thanks for sharing your tips.

  • Look around. Most middle aged men have big, hard fat bellies.

  • My dad died of heart disease at the age of 58 due to visceral fat.

  • I also heard viscerel fat was the dangerous stuff. Even some people who are not particularly fat subcutaneous-wise, may have larger percentages of viscerel fat inside and underneath. I'm no expert in this area....just going on what I've read.

  • Even anorexics have 10-15 pounds of fat on them when they die!

  • @BodyPerformanceTV Why is it hard for me to lose visceral fat?

I burn subcutaneous fat faster, but visceral takes a long time.

  • I heard viceral fat is much more dangerous than sub cutaneous, I know the spellings wrong

  • so which is harder to lose? visceral or cutaneous? is there different ways of losign them?

  • Is one type of body fat easier or harder to burn off? Or does both of those fat type burn at the same rate? Luv your body!

  • LOL! Thanks!

  • Im hearing bad stuff about brown fat, what is it?

  • WOW! Thanks for clearing that up! I have one of those. You're the second coming of JESUS>

  • what are the dangers of visceral fat?

  • How about heart disease and heart attacks!

  • Thank you! Glad you're enjoying them.

  • steve your a geniouse!

  • Thanks!

  • Excellent work on these videos, it's very interesting and motivating.

  • Heres the weird things im 17 been excersing like for 3 years straight i eat healthy as hell always been on a diet im not fat at all low bf% fat but i have the gut i know its visceral fat but ive tried everything to get rid of it i do cardio like hell eat right weight lift 6 days a week i just dont know what to do anymoer

  • its called a beer gut

  • and stop drinking too. visceral fat wraps itself around your organs. viscaral fat is like the Karaken.

  • LoL! U watched way too much POTC

  • lololol. you don't see nearly enough Clash of the Titan references these days. kudos

  • The same way you get regular fat down.

  • How do you get visceral fat down?

  • you make me wanna jump on a donky and do the spanking lol great videos

  • Ah this answers my pervious question about that ball of muscle in my stomach. And to be honest this was a theory I had about it.

  • Now that you shown us that there are two types is one more difficult then the other to get rid of? And if so what is the best way of getting rid of one or the other?

  • A new study has found that subcutaneous fat actually reduces insulin resistance. It's the visceral fat that we need to worry about.

  • Love your body.

  • Thank you for everything.

Ricardo from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

  • I guess thats why ronnie coleman has a sixpack but still has a bloated stomach, and thats why it sticks out, that clears that.....and thats why he didn't win the olympia last year,,that and he had hanging boobs,,,I guess you can only take steroids for so long before your body just shuts down....

  • his stomach sticks out b/c of some of the drugs he's taking

  • True, many bodybuilders nowadays use IGF-1 and other Human growth hormones (HGH), they sometimes produces muscle hyperplasia, but also hyperplasia of the organs. The bloated gut in some bodybuilders is most likely caused by abnormally large organs.

  • very cool update, I've often wonder about that myself. And thanks for the info on the video software. Stay cool, keep up the work man. You rock and have taught me so much.

  • Very informative, as always

  • It was the momentum that I was talking about.

  • No "M".

Dr. Oz: "The omentum is the fat organ connected to one's stomach whose only purpose is to catch and store fat."

  • I was watching DR OZ.. and he mentioned this organ that Holds fat? It was makes the stomach round when it comes out. A normal person it only about 2 hands wide apart..and obese persons is huge. And we can't get rid of it.. but only shrink it a little. What do you say about that?

  • very interesting

  • I rem when an old boxing coach would bring his fighters over to our gym lol. He had the extreme pot belly which was crazy hard, useless coach with pathetic fighters. Also enjoyed the "odd" beer funny enough.

What about high levels of intramuscular triglycerides (IMTG)? I've heard that there can be a few reasons for having high levels of IMTG. Risks... diabetes right?

  • Hey Steve, Great video, Again!

  • great video!!!

  • Thanks.

  • It would be good to mention that not only visceral fat can cause a large protruding stomach, and that if this hard stomach is the only case then a trip to the doctors should be taken. Many medical problems (Some potentially fatal) can cause a distended hard abdomen.

Visceral fat accumulation is associated with increased risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes. If said man has so much visceral fat, anyway, is he seeing a medical practitioner about this?

  • thanks didnt know that!

  • So steve can people lose visceral fat like normal fat with Diest and Exercise???

  • I second that, how does one lose Visceral fat, the same method? Just diet and exercise?

  • Yes.

  • Yes.
