i really want a pleo but is it worth it? i really need to know. ive been researching a lot and the bad things are 1 hour play time, paint chipping and the good things are lovable, cuddle, interactive. since i cant have a dog or cat than pleo i guess will be the next best thing. please reply!!!

Yep...after further research I found that you can download additional software to give Pleo extra capabilities. They have a holiday download that supposedly gives Pleo some holiday joy. Haven't tried it out yet, but plan to.

well i was at the company's web site and was just looking around and it turns out you can change the sounds pleo makes, and you might be able to write you own programs for him but it may void the warranty
