From what i could see from the show Jody was a

cool guy. he was My favorite too.

Jody turned out to be hardcore. He could shoot better than most, and he kept up. He was not the weakest link. Egos were the weakest link.

FYI - Jody had just had "both his knees" operated on 6 months before going on the show, so he could barely run at all at that time, thus he had not been working out. The Guy was an all-american wrestler at Clemson. He is a bad-A**, trust me! FYI- Jody's SWAT Team just won the 2008 NC State SWAT Championships two weeks ago, for the 2nd time in 4 yrs.
