Just to make a couple things clear, border patrol can setup checkpoints within 100 miles of the country's border, checkpoints are federal, so they reserve the right to prevent anyone from entering it, and last you guys are just being douchebags about it. You want to protest checkpoints, protest to the people who make the laws about them, not the people who are at them. Protesting one checkpoint is like protesting one gas station because you don't like BP, which has hundreds of gas stations.

If you really boil it down the conflict in this video comes down to equal parking on both sides of the check point. Anyone who has ever used a history book as a paper weight can tell you that the Nazi's were historically known for their lack of equally distributed parking at their check points. This is not as bad as it has been in America. Not to do your work for you, but you should read up on (or google if you must) Japanese Concentration camps in America during WW2. The Department of Justice had internment camps within America that confined Japanese Americans without any warrent or order. @XJT1972X Obviously they are oblivious to TSA expanding beyond our airports and now starting checkpoints at random locations around the east. But why would anyone need more proof other than where this country has been headed as of late, even though it has been going on for many years.
The TSA has multiple VIPR (Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response) groups which consist of TSI's (transportation safety inspectors), EDCH's (explosive detection canine handlers), and LEO's (law enforcement officers) that inspect outside of airports. They do random checks at Grey Hound bus stations, trains, and other transportation locations. You can google VIPR and there is a lot of info out there about them.

Just to make a couple things clear, border patrol can setup checkpoints within 100 miles of the country's border, checkpoints are federal, so they reserve the right to prevent anyone from entering it, and last you guys are just being douchebags about it. How hard was it for them to just get into their car and park on the other side? If they jumped over the fence and got hurt the border patrol would have been liable for the injury because they authorized the path.

If you really boil it down the conflict in this video comes down to equal parking on both sides of the check point. Anyone who has ever used a history book as a paper weight can tell you that the Nazi's were historically known for their lack of equally distributed parking at their check points. Many of the Nazi tactics stem from the an unequal distribution of parking. Not sure if this video would have been posted if the agent would have been able to find parking in the desert.

The Department of Justice had internment camps within America that confined Japanese Americans without any warrent or order. The TSA has multiple VIPR (Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response) groups which consist of TSI's (transportation safety inspectors), EDCH's (explosive detection canine handlers), and LEO's (law enforcement officers) that inspect outside of airports. They do random checks at Grey Hound bus stations, trains, and other transportation locations. You can google VIPR and there is a lot of info out there about them.
