An interesting video. Unfortunately, clearly researched with a pre-conceived idea. It picks the few pieces of evidence that supports the idea, but ignores the vast amount that refutes it. This is not a new idea, but one that has been about for hundreds and hundreds of years. An interesting video. Unfortunately, clearly researched with a pre-conceived idea. It picks the few pieces of evidence that supports the idea, but ignores the vast amount that refutes it. The tribe of Dan is not Jewish, they were not Jewish way back in the day, they are not Jewish now, they were never Jewish. Maybe some members of Dan lived in Judea and became Jews, maybe some escaped the Assyrian invasion into Judea and later became Jews but as a whole Dan was not a Jewish tribe. Only the tribes of Judah, Benjamin and half the tribe of Levi were Jews, the other 10 northern tribes AKA Lost Tribes of Israel were never Jewish.

@jatamode Yes, it must have been easier for Simeon to escape into Judah than the other tribes who fell into Assyrian hands being they were furthest south and bordering Judah, the northern most tribes must have fallen first. Some members of every tribe made it into Judea and later became Jews too, also some individual from all the tribes never excepted a king other than David"s blood line, so they too were called Jews though they were from a non Jewish tribe.
