I like how in the intro Goku (when he's riding on the cloud) always looks at Gohan with such surprise when he climbs onto Goku's arm/shoulder. Why are you so surprised? Anyone else absolutely hate the plot line of anything with Garlic Jr.?

1) He gets all 7 dragonballs and wishes for immortality in a 5-minute sequence.

2) He can't be killed. He can't ever lose the fight against Goku. The ONLY way he can ever be defeated is to open the Dead Zone and get trapped into it. He does. *facepalm*

3) After he breaks free from the Dead Zone (Garlic Jr. saga), he KNOWS that the only way he can possibly lose is to open the Dead Zone again. He does it again. WTF DBZ writers?

there are really some strange things about DB...example Goku and Piccolo here fighting together , but in DBZ when they are facing Raditz they both claim how it's their first fight together , and Piccolo says the same thing " After this fight you are next" However best show ever ! :) Watched it since I was a kid , and I still enjoy it :D

Just goes to show Gohan is the strongest Z-Fighter in the DBZ series. A little kid finished Goku's job. Then defeats Cell when Goku couldn't, I will not accept any arguments saying Goku or anyone else is the strongest. @PrettyyyBoY500 As I said, Gohan defeated Cell when Goku couldn't, beat this little dude when neither Goku nor Piccolo almost died. In the G.T Saga, Gohan saved Gotenks from being killed by Buu. If it wasn't for Buu absorbing him and taking his body, Gohan would've ended the whole thing. The only reason Goku seems like he's the strongest is because of how the creator wrote the whole thing and because Gohan's attitude is peaceful. He would do anything not to fight.

When they train in the Time Chamber Goku says so, episode 155-159, around there. His power comes from his emotions, the angrier he is, the more powerful he gets.

Ok seriously, this movie makes absolutely no sense in terms of time setting... It couldn't have been before the saiyan saga because during the saiyan saga, Bulma, Krillin, and Roshi were all shocked when they first found out that Goku had a son, but here, they were all completely aware of Gohan's existence already. It couldn't have happened after the saiyan saga either (for obvious reasons pertaining to Goku and Piccolo's relationship), so when the hell could this have happened?
