The fact that you think her actions justify the response she received.. shows you have a mental issue.
She shoved the sign at him - so a guy stands on her head - why? For what reason? Why is that a proper normal response to a situation? Why is it right? - matter of fact if she drew a damn gun on him it wouldn't explain a guy putting his foot on her head - forcefully or not.
