I thought it was an average remake but no where as good as the first 3 movies but probably better than the rest. You don't think The remake lives up to stuff like The Thing or The Fly right?
the first movie that actually ever scared me. The second would be The Shining. Poltergiest was great, but this was much scarier in my opinion.

I saw this playing @ the Prospect theater playng with another horror flick namely Jennifer which turned out to be some kinda spoof of Carrie.
