GTA IV was pretty dissapointing to me anyway, i was hoping for a game at least as long (story wise) as san andreas, but it took me like 40 or 50 hours completing san andreas (might not have focused on the story all the time because there was a shitload of fun stuff to do) and only a little over 10 hours to complete GTA IV.

After playing GTA4, I will agree its better with graphics/combat system. Of course not better than SR2 because how can anyone judge? Its not even out yet. However comparing the previous GTAs to SAints I would say this

Saints: Customization, Storyline (except GTA4), "special abilities", Control layout

GTA: Graphics, Storyline (only GTA4), Online play, physics
