kosyuku5 I'm just a 5'6 chinese kid and I can dunk on 11 foot rims. Anybody can certainly do it, you just need to follow the right training program. I personally followed the one over at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | but just about any workout is good as long as they work which many do not
