There's a bicycle piece that prevents your cables from getting all tangled up. You can bar spin and tailwhip without worrying about tangles. It's called a gyro. I ride brakeless though. If I did use bakes, I'd roll with only a rear brake. But my foot is fine for now. Just kinda shredding my shoes from all the friction hah.
